I just wanted to again say thanks for helping me find my house. You were very patient and easy to work with. It really helped that you would send me updates every couple of days to show me what was new on the market. Actually, that is how I saw the house I ended up purchasing. This was my first house and I was worried about my lack of home buying knowledge going into this, but you were so helpful you made it easy on me. Jim Hanna Teacher/Officer Program (HUD)Hello, my name is Rachel Brewer and I am a teacher for Denver Public Schools. I am also a very proud owner of a home in Northwest Denver. If you had talked to me six months ago, I never would have dreamed it possible. But through the Teacher/Officer Next Door Program, and with the help of a good friend, and Woody Wood, my dream actually became a reality. I heard about the Teacher/Officer Next Door Program, and when I first heard about it, I thought it sounded to good to be true. No down payment, no closing costs, and only having to pay half the mortgage!?! No way! Besides, I've never been very business/financially-minded, and even if it were as good as it seemed, I had no idea where to begin. The house inspection? The closing? Woody was there through it all. He still dedicated the same amount of time, energy, and effort that he would have for any of his clients. I can't thank him enough for all he did to help me realize my "far-fetched" dream of owning a home.
