When you establish your own search, do the preliminary work for yourself it saves the Managing Broker time. Then, he can have a newer associate show you the home(s) that you want to see. Where you really want Woody the Managing Broker involved is when it's time to negotiate, or there is a problem. Then put his 30 years experience to work for you.
